摘要
目的探讨TSLC1和CD105标记微血管密度计数(MVD)在宫颈癌中的表达及两者与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集18例正常宫颈、18例宫颈上皮内瘤样变、45例宫颈癌组织标本,应用免疫组织化学法检测TSLC1和CD105标记MVD表达情况。结果在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤样变、宫颈癌组织中,TSLC1的阳性表达率呈逐渐下降趋势(P<0.01),TSLC1在宫颈癌组织中的表达与宫颈癌组织学分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变、宫颈癌组织中,CD105标记MVD表达强度呈逐渐上升趋势(P<0.01),CD105标记MVD在宫颈癌组织中的表达强度与宫颈癌FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌组织中TSLC1呈低表达、而CD105呈高表达,提示TSLC1和CD105在宫颈癌的发生和发展中有重要意义,TSLC1和CD105表达水平的检测可用于辅助宫颈癌的诊断和病情评估。
Objective To analyze the expression of tumor suppressor in lung cancer 1(TSLC1)and microvessel density(MVD)marked with CD105 and their relation to clinicopathological feature in cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to assess the expression of TSLC1 and CD105 in 18 cases of normal cervix,18 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 45 cases of cervical carcinoma. Results The positive expression of TSLC1 was decreased from normal cervical to CIN to cervical carcinomas(P〈0.01).The expression of TSLC1 was related to histological grade,FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(P 0.05).The expression of MVD marked with CD105 was increased from normal cervical to CIN to cervical carcinomas(P〈0.05).The expression of MVD marked with CD105 was related to FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). Conclusion There are low expression of TSLC1 but high expression of CD105 in cervical carcinoma,TSLC1 and CD105 may play closely reflect growth and regulation in cervical carcinomas,this study suggests that examine by using immunohistochemical method of TSLC1 and CD105 may be of value in indicating an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.
