摘要 提供了一种柠檬酸三乙酯的合成方法,以柠檬酸和无水乙醇为原料,以固定化脂肪酶为催化剂,以分子筛为吸水剂,进行酯化反应。该酶催化剂无腐蚀性,简化了后处理工艺;产品产率高,质量好;以分子筛吸水代替传统工艺乙醇带水,节省了大量的乙醇,降低了生产成本。该反应条件温和,工艺简单,适合工业化生产。 A method for the synthesis of triethyl citrate was provided, in this method, citric acid and etha- nol was acted as raw materials, immobilized lipase was acted as a catalyst and molecular was sieved as wa- ter-absorbing agent for the esterification. The enzyme catalyst has non-corrosive. It simplifed the follow treatment process and wit good product yield and quality, molecular sieve absorption of water instead of the traditional process which was water-absorbing with ethanol,it saved a lot of ethanol, reduced produc- tion costs. This method has mild reaction conditions , simple process, and it is suitable for industrial production.
