摘要
语文素养嵌入职业能力并在职业活动中发挥着极其重要的作用。在网络语境下,高校辅导员面临自由、快速、随意的信息传播情境,存在着话语范围窄仄、话语基调错位、话语方式随意、文化底蕴缺失、价值取向模糊等语文素养现状。把握和分析高校辅导员语文素养现状,高校辅导员职业能力提升才能更有针对性,工作水平提高才能更有实效性。
Chinese accomplishment, implanted in professional ability, plays a significant role in professional activity. Under the network linguistic environment, with free, rapid and optional information dissemination circumstances, college counselors face some problems in Chinese accomplishment such as squeezed on the field of discourse, malposition in the tenor of discourse, optional in the mode of discourse, deficiency of cultural deposits and indistinct in value orientation, etc. Understanding and analyzing the status of college counselors＇ Chinese accomplishment can improve counselors＇ professional ability and efficiency.
