摘要
高层次人才的虚拟化成为企业用工形式的新趋势,本文界定了企业高层次虚拟人才的内涵,深入分析了高层次虚拟人才沟通管理的特征与影响因素。在此基础上,构建了高层次虚拟人才沟通的分析模型及演化路径,最后提出了优化高层次虚拟人才沟通管理的对策。
Virtualization of the high-level talents has become a new trend of employment form by enterprises. This paper expounds the connotation of tfigh-level virtual talents in enterprises for the first time, and analyzes the characteristics and factors influencing the communication management of high-level virtual talents. Then an analytical model about the communication of high-level virtual talents is built and the evolution path is discussed. Lastly, some countermeasures are put forward to optimize the communication management of high-level virtual talents.
