信息技术提升义务教育均衡发展水平的现状、问题与对策 被引量:27

摘要 "利用信息技术提升义务教育均衡发展水平"已成为政策文本中的重要内容,引起了众多研究者的关注。该命题背后蕴藏了深刻的历史背景,推动了多个重要工程和项目的实施和具有重要的现实价值。通过对支撑该命题的工程和项目的分析可以发现:现有的工程和项目尚未充分发挥命题的内涵及方法。基于对信息技术支持的教育形态分析可以发现:信息技术构建"学习空间人人通""机构空间校校通""服务、管理时时通"的教育形态,可以更加有效解决义务教育均衡发展问题,促进义务教育均衡发展、优质化发展。 "Using information technology to improve balanced development of compulsory education" has become an important part of educational policy, which has attracted the attention of many researchers. It has a profound historical background behind the proposition, which has contributed to a number of important works and project implementation that of great importance in practical value. Through the analysis of the projects supporting this proposition, we found that the existing projects have not yet fully understood the content and methods behind this proposition. Morphological analysis based on the form of education supported by information technology, we proposed that "connecting teachers and students through learning space connecting schools through institution space""connecting services and managements with cyber space", could provide more effective solution to the balanced development of compulsory education, which will promote the balanced development and quality development of compulsory education.
