摘要
比较和分析了结构加固用胶粘剂(如碳纤维胶、粘钢胶和植筋锚固胶等)现行标准所规定的检测项目和技术指标,探讨了检测项目(如钢-钢拉伸剪切强度、钢-钢冲击剥离长度、热变形温度、耐疲劳应力作用能力和设计使用年限等)中检测技术对测定结果的影响。最后结合国外检测方法对国内相关检测技术进行了评价。
The test items and technical indexes stipulated in the current standards of structure reinforcement adhesive (such as carbon fiber adhesives, adhesives for bonding steel, and adhesives with embedded steel) were compared and analyzed. The influences of detection technologies in test items (such as tensile shear strength of steel-steel, impacting-peeling length of steel-steel, heat distortion temperature, fatigue stress resistance, and design working life) were discussed on the measure results. Finally, the domestic related detection technologies were evaluated by foreign detection methods.
