摘要
热激转录因子(HSFs)在调控植物生长发育和胁迫响应中具有重要的作用。根据结构的不同,植物HSFs可分为A、B和C三类。由于B类和C类HSFs缺少AHA转录激活结构域,因此人们对HSFs的研究重点放在了A类。但近年来越来越多的证据表明B类和C类HSFs在调控植物生长发育和响应逆境胁迫的过程中也具有重要的作用,并日益得到人们的重视。本文综合了近几年的研究结果,对植物B类和C类HSFs的结构、组成以及生物学功能作了简要综述,以期为其研究和利用提供参考。
Heat shock transcription factors play an important role in regulating plant growth,development and stress response. Plant HSFs could be divided into three classes,class A,B and C,according to their structure. Because of the class B and C HSFs lack of AHA transcription activation domain,researchers formerly focused on the study of class A HSFs. But in recent years,more and more evidences indicated that the class B and class C HSFs also played an important role in regulating plant growth,development and stress response,and attracted more and more attention. In this review,the structures,compositions and biological functions of plant class B and C HSFs were summarized to provide references for related researches.
