摘要
为研究大缸径柴油机铸铝镶圈活塞的制造工艺,对此类活塞的结构、材料和机加工进行了理论分析,并探讨了铸造、热处理、机加工过程。重点研究了铸铁镶圈与铝基体结合区的铸造工艺和机加工工艺,包括刀具、切削参数的选择。用该工艺制造的活塞满足产品的技术要求和客户的使用要求。
In order to study the manufacturing techniques for large bored diesel pistons with cast aluminum inlaid rings,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the structure,materials and machining processes for this type of pistons,and discusses casting,heat treatment and machining processes,focusing on casting and machining techniques for the combining zone of cast iron inlaid ring and aluminum substrate,including the selection of cutting tools and parameters.Test indicates that the pistons manufactured with these techniques can satisfy technical specifications and customers' requirements.
