摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗风湿性心脏病的临床效果。方法:回顾性总结在我院治疗的风湿性心脏病患者共计60例相关资料。结果:观察组患者治疗后,心功能等级均值为(2.7±0.4)级,与治疗前相比获得显著提升(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组心功能等级明显优于对照组数据结果[(2.7±0.4)VS(3.3±0.5)级](P<0.05),SOD数据统计结果也具有类似规律。在疗效结果方面,观察组患者治疗后显效者19例,有效者10例,失败者1例,总有效率(包括显效者与有效者之和)为96.7%,明显高于对照组总有效率结果(86.7%)(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗风湿性心脏病具有优秀的临床效果。
Objective： To discuss clinical effects of the integrative medicine on rheumatic heart disease. Methods： 60 cases of clinical records were summarized. Results： The grade of cardiac function in the observation group was （2.7±0.4）, and significantly higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）; compared with the control group, the level of cardiac function in the observation group （2.7±0.4） was significantly better than （3.3±0.5） in the control group （P〈0.05）, and similar regularity was also in SOD statistical results. In the observation group, 19 cases were markedly effective, 10 cases were improved, I case was invalid, and the total efficiency in the observation group （96.7%） was significantly better than （86.7%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of the integrative medicine were confirmed.
