摘要
本文报告了关于光栅法激光测速的初步研究结果。文中阐述了利用透射光栅提取速度信息的原理,分析了差分型光栅测速光路系统的信号频谱,介绍了所使用的实验系统及信号处理方法,比较了光栅测速法与激光多普勒测速法的异同,给出了实验的结果。通过实验,成功地验证了透射光栅测速原理,证实了光栅法激光测速的优点及技术可行性。这种测速方法值得重视,应进行深入研究并使之仪器化。
This paper reports the preliminary resultS about the measure- ment of velocity with a transmission grating.The principle for a transmission grating to measure the velocity information of a mov- ing particle is described.The signal spectrum of a differential-type grating velocity measurement system is analized.In the paper the authors introduce the system for the experiment and the method for the signal process,compare the grating method with the laser Dop- pler method,and verified the principle by experiment.Experimental results show the technical possibility of a practical transmission grating velocimeter.
