摘要
目的:研究推拿功法易筋经差异化操练对老年人心脏功能的影响。方法:设计3种推拿功法易筋经操练方式,观测12周锻炼前后心脏功能指标。结果:30 s组SV、CO、CI、EF、FS指标均呈增加趋势,其中EF、FS锻炼前后变化明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:从改善心脏功能方面考虑,易筋经站桩30 s方式可以作为老年人康复锻炼的适宜运动方式。
Objective: To observe the effects of Tuina Yijinjing Gong on cardiac functions with different exercise mode in the elderly of the community. Methods: According to the time(10, 20 and 30 seconds) when exercise Tuina Yijinjing Gong in standing position,the author designed three exercise modes. The cardiac function was observed before and after the treatment.Results: After 12 weeks of exercise,as to thirty seconds mode Yi Jin Jing exercise group,the observational indexes of SV,CI,EF and FS showed an increasing trend and there was a significant difference in EF and FS( P 0.05). Conclusion: Considered from the aspect of improving heart function, the thirty seconds mode of Tuina Yijinjin Gong is recommendable.
