摘要
为增强高职院校学生教育管理,切实发挥高职院校学生干部作用,使学生干部成为学校学生教育管理的得力助手,必须构建一支强有力的学生干部梯队并进行系统的培养与传帮带机制,达成学生干部自助化、梯队化、专业化的目标。
To enhance the level of education administration and develop the role of students cadre for higher vocational colleges students, and to make students cadre become assistant of student education administration, it must build a strong cadre echelon and form systematic training and mentoring mechanism to achieve self- help, echelon and professional goals of students cadre.
