摘要
为了优化目前薄煤层链斗采煤机开采适应性,通过对防脱链机构工作原理的分析,运用计算机辅助设计软件CAXA设计机构草图,并采用SOLIDWORKS软件绘制机构三维立体图以及模拟装配,对原防脱链机构进行改进设计.新型薄煤层采煤机解决了机头、机尾处链条脱离的问题,降低了整机高度、总质量及成本,能够安全高效地开采1.0-0.5m,甚至更薄的煤层.
Through bucket shearer' s mining the analysis about the working princi adaptability is studied. Two aspects ple of anti - off chain mechanism, the chain - of the work were done. On the one hand, the computer aided design software CAXA was used to design sketch, on the other hand, the software SOLIDWORKS was employed to draw three -dimensional stereogram and simulation assembly, to improve the design on anti - off chain mechanism. The primal problem of chain detachment is solved, and the height, total quality and cost are reduced. The new machine can mine 1.0 - 0.5 m coal seam, even thinner one.
