摘要
针对汽车6挡双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,DCT),根据机械效率的定义推导出变速器传动效率的理论计算模型。计算了变速器各挡位的传动效率,并对各挡位传动效率进行了实验测试。实验结果表明,提出的计算模型正确且精度高,为汽车变速器传动效率计算和变速器的优化设计提供了理论依据。
For the six--speed dual--clutch automatic automotive transmission (Dual Clutch Transmis- sion, DCT), according to the definition of mechanical efficiency, the theoretical calculation model of trans- mission efficiency of the transmission are derive& The transmission efficiency of each gear transmission is cal- culated, and the experiment test of each gear transmission efficiency is carried out. The experimental results show that the proposed model is correct and high precision, a theoretical basis for optimizing the design of au- tomobile transmission and transmission gear efficiency calculation is provided.
