摘要
针对鼓式制动器制动过程中的振动噪声问题,通过对鼓式制动器制动过程激振力频率进行计算,对制动器结构进行改进,并将改进的结构分别进行有限元及试验验证,从而得到一种抑制鼓式制动器振动噪声的结构改进方法。研究结果表明,改进结构方法能够明显抑制制动振动噪声现象,结构改进后模型在激振力大小附近并没有共振点,试验结果与仿真结果相关性高。
For the problem of drum brake noise and vibration during braking, through the drum brake frequency excitation force calculation process, the structure of the brake is improved. The finite element and experimental verification of the improve structure brake is carried out, thereby a improved method of drum brake noise and vibration suppression structure is obtained. The results show that the improve structure method of the drum brakes can be improved significantly inhibit brake noise and vi- bration phenomena, structural improvement previous drum brake shoes and the floor under the excita- tion force components prone resonance phenomenon, and the improved model structure in the vicinity of the exciting force size and no resonance point, by the improved drum brake test, the test results and simulation results is highly correlated.
