调节性T细胞的免疫抑制机制及其与肿瘤的关系 被引量:1

摘要 "免疫"是机体识别和清除抗原性异物的一种生理功能。肿瘤细胞能够通过多种机制逃避机体免疫系统的识别和攻击,得以在体内生存和增殖。近年研究发现CD4+CD25+Fox P3+调节性T细胞具有免疫抑制功能,可能在肿瘤免疫逃逸中发挥关键作用,与肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切,且与患者病情及预后存在一定的相关性。这些细胞通过不同的作用机制发挥抑制功能,包括细胞-靶细胞的直接接触、细胞因子的分泌、诱导抗原提呈细胞失能等。
