岩巷掘进机动载荷识别系统软件设计

摘要 针对岩巷掘进机截割时的负载多变,动载荷实时识别系统软件问题,根据系统功能要求,设计了截割岩石动载荷识别系统的软件结构。在Lab VIEW开发环境下,开发了应用软件的程序(包括多参量同步采集、小波包分析、数据存储管理、人机显示界面、功能调试),并验证了应用软件的有效性。 According to changing loads in the cutting of rock tunnel roadheader and problems in dynamic loads identification software, the paper proposes new software structure for the dynamic loads identification based on function requirements of the system. In the LabVIEW environment, an application package has been developed, including synchronous acquisition of multiple parameters, wavelet packet analysis, data storage management, man-machine interface, and function debugging. Besides, the validity of the application has been verified.
