摘要
我国高职教育已由规模发展期转入以质量提升为核心的全面内涵发展期。协同发展、创新发展是新时期高职院校内涵发展的重要办学理念和办学战略。高职园区是我国高职教育集团化发展模式的新型组织形态。园区协同发展是把园区的教育优势、人才优势、智力优势转化为区域经济发展优势的可靠保证,有助于凸显共享理念,彰显集成效应,全面实现园区高职院校人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等多元办学职能,有助于解决长期困扰高素质技术技能型人才培养的瓶颈和难题。高职教育园区要实现跨越式发展,必须坚持走协同发展、错位发展、特色发展、创新发展之路。
The higher vocational education has entered the period of connotation development with the quality pro-motion as the core.Higher vocational education park is a new organization mode of educational collectivization de-velopment.The collaborative development greatly helps to change the advantages of education,talents,intelligence into the the advantage of regional economic development,to highlight the concept of educational resource sharing and the integrated effect,to fully realize the multiple functions of talent cultivation,scientific research and social services,and therefore,to solve the problems which have long troubled the high quality technical skilled talent cul-tivation.To realize the striding development,the educational park must adhere to the strategies of collaborative de-velopment,differentiation development,feature development and innovative development.
