摘要
利用三维设计软件Pro/E对某6V150柴油机曲柄连杆机构系统进行了结构设计,把组装好的系统导入到ADAMS中,同时在ADAMS/View环境下搭建了曲轴、连杆、活塞的虚拟样机模型,对该系统进行了活塞的运动学分析。结果表明基于虚拟样机技术的曲柄连杆机构能够较真实地反映活塞的运动情况,提高了发动机研制的效率和水平,同时为进一步更精细的研究提供了可靠的基础。
In this paper ,the three-dimensional software Pro/E was used to design the construction of a 6V150 diesel engine crank-connecting rod mechanism ,then the assembled system was imported into the ADAMS and the virtual prototype model including crankshaft ,connecting rod and piston was established .The kinetic analysis of the piston in the system was conducted .The results indicate the crank-connection rod mechanism based on virtual prototype technology well respond to a real piston in kinetic state .This technology can improve the efficiency of engine research ,and lay the reliable foundation for even accurate research .
