摘要
对武钢4号高炉炉缸温度异常升高的原因进行了分析,认为风口布局不适宜、陶瓷杯破损、炭砖被侵蚀等是主要原因。通过采取调整风口布局、停止锰矿洗炉、增大冷却水量等措施,有效地控制了炉缸温度异常升高的趋势,延长了炉缸寿命。
The paper analyzes abnormal temperature rise in WISCO's No. 4 blast furnace hearth due to following main rea- sons : improper arrangement of tuyere, ceramic cup damage and erosion of carbon bricks, etc. The abnormal temperature rise trend of furnace hearth get effectively controlled and the hearth service life get extended by adjusting tuyere arrangement, stopping using manganese ore and increasing cooling water flowrate.
