摘要
利用CAE分析工具对一款自卸车车箱进行了有限元分析,即在厢体水平及举升至50°两种工况下分别对副纵梁为矩管和槽钢两种结构进行了计算分析,并得出矩管作为车箱纵梁优于槽钢的结论,为今后类似的设计改进提供了参考。
CAE analysis tools were used for tipper box finite element analysis. When it comes to the floor stringer of dumper,there are two design structures:rectangular hollow section and channel steel. According to the two structures, calculation and analyze are provided, considering the situation of horizontal position and 50°position. The results provide technical basis for design improvement.
