白藜芦醇氧烷酸类衍生物的设计与合成

摘要 目的寻找更好的苯氧烷酸类降血脂药物。方法以白藜芦醇、α-溴代异丁酸乙酯为原料,经SN1型取代反应得到二种苯氧烷酸类化合物。所有目标化合物通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、质谱(MS)进行结构确证。结果设计、合成并得到相应的产物。结论为降血脂药物开发提供线索。 Objective The purpose is to search for potent lipid-lowering agents with structures of phenoxyalkanoic acids. Methods Se-lecting resveratrol as leading compound, we designed and synthesized two phenoxyalkanoic acids compounds which through the SN1 reac-tion. The structure of compounds a and b were characterized by using IR, 1H-NMR and MS. Results The target compounds were pre-pared. Conclusion The experimental results were provide clues for the development of cholesterol-lowing drugs.
