摘要
目的了解锦州市医疗机构卫生消毒质量情况,为控制医院感染和提高消毒工作质量提供依据。方法根据2002年版《消毒技术规范》和GB 15982-2012《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求,对辖区内14家医疗机构室内空气、物体表面及医务人员手、使用中消毒剂、压力蒸汽灭菌器、无菌包和污水等消毒质量进行监测和评价。结果 3年共采样1 104份,合格976份,平均合格率为88.41%,2011年-2013年合格率依次为78.33%、91.40%和97.91%,呈逐年上升趋势。压力蒸汽灭菌器、无菌包和污水的合格率为100%,物体表面及手、使用中消毒剂合格率分别为92.77%、94.95%,空气合格率最低,为59.88%。结论锦州市医疗机构消毒质量在逐年提升,但仍存在不合格的情况,室内空气合格率较低,应该加强管理和监督监测,提高消毒质量。
Objective To investigate the disinfection efficacy in medical institution and to provide basis for improving the quality of disinfection. Methods ＂Disinfection Technical Specifications＂2002 Edition and ＂Hospital Disinfectant Hygiene Standards＂GB 15982- 2012 were used to monitor and evaluate the quality of medical institutions,such as indoor air,surface,medical personnel hands,the use of disinfectants,pressure steam sterilizer,aseptic packages and sewage. Results The number of monitored samples were 1 104 from 2011 to 2013,976 samples were qualified with an average pass rate of 88. 41 percents. The pass rates for 2011- 2013 were 78. 33%,91. 40% and 97. 91%,showed an increasing trend. The qualified rates of pressure steam sterilizer,aseptic packages and sewage were 100%. The qualified rates of surface,medical personnel hands,the use of disinfectants and indoor air were respectively 92. 77%,94. 95%,59. 88%,and rate of indoor air was the lowest. Conclusion Disinfection quality of medical institutions in Jinzhou increased year by year,but there still existed unstandard conditions. The pass rate of indoor air was low. We should strengthen management and supervision to improve the quality of disinfection.
