Early warning of worldwide spread of Salmonella Montevideo

摘要 蒙得维的亚(Salmonella Montevideo 6,7:g,m,s:-)是重要的禽畜源沙门菌血清型之一,能引发高危人群的食源性暴发和院内感染,对全球健康安全构成潜在威胁,尤其在经济发达的国家和地区。我们追溯近10多年间蒙得维的亚暴发案例的调查处置、生态学分布和监测的数据,对蒙得维的亚在全球范围的暴发传播能力提出预警。本研究就蒙得维的亚的沙门菌的来源、全球广泛报道的典型暴发案例的调查处置、实验室追溯和行为生态学传染病发病模式等相关研究做一综述。 Salmonella enterica serovar Montevideo ( Salmonella Mentevideo, 6,7 : g, m, s : - ), an important zoonosis pathogenic serotype, can cause diarrhea outbreaks in high-risk populations, resulting in potential risks to global public health, especially in some countries and regions with high living conditions. Through ten years' analysis on the data of S. Mentevideo outbreak response, S. Mentevideo distribution and S. Mentevideo surveillance, early warning of worldwide transmission of S. Mentevideo can be made. This paper summarize the source of S. Mentevideo, investigation and response of widely reported typical S. Mentevideo outbreaks in the world, laboratory tracing and behavioral ecology infection mode.
