摘要
峡江水利枢纽工程首台(9#)机组安装过程中,水轮发电机组盘车产生较大异响.经排查,原因为转子联轴螺栓受力不均引起.通过调整转子联轴螺栓拉伸值后重新安装并盘车,异响问题得到有效解决.本文对峡江水利枢纽工程9#机组安装盘车异响问题排查与处理情况进行了介绍,为类似问题提供参考借鉴.
The abnormal noise of the water turbine generator set barfing come into being in the installation course of the 1st （9#） generator set of Xiajiang Hydro-junction Project. After investigation, the reason is the uneven force of the rotor coupling bolt. Through adjusting the elongation value of the rotor coupling bolt, the noise of the barring eliminated and the abnormal noise problem were solved. The investigation and treatment of the barfing abnormal noise for the 9# generator set of Xiajiang Water- control Project are introduced in this paper.
