摘要
党章是党的根本大法,是党内活动的根本准则。建党以来,从党的一大到党的十八大,随着党所面临的形势和任务的变化,中国共产党在不同历史时期进行积极的实践探索和理论创新,使得党章不断得以修正和完善。党内选举制度作为党章的重要内容,其理论和实践也实现了与时俱进的发展。了解党章修改的基本情况,分析历次党章对党内选举相关内容的修订,以及历次党章修改对完善党内选举制度的推动作用,对于探索新时期保障和落实党员民主权利,全面加强执政党建设,意义重大。
The Party Constitution is the fundamental law of the CPC （Communist Party of China） and the basic principle of Party activities. With the changeable situation and tasks, the CPC has put forward active practical exploration and theoretical innovation in different historical periods from the 1st to 18th Party Congress since its foundation so as to continuously revise and enrich its Constitution. As an important part in the Constitution, the inner-Party electoral system has kept pace with the times in its theory and practice. Therefore, for ensuring and implementing the Party members＇ democratic rights in new ages, and comprehensively strengthening the development of the Party, it is of great importance to understand the basic situation in modifying the Constitution, and to analyse the previous amendments related to the inner-Party electoral system as well as the driving force for improving the system.
