摘要
采用DPPH法、HRSA法和FRAP法研究端午茶及其主要成分藿香、桑叶和陈皮的抗氧化活性,分析其与总酚含量的相关性。结果表明:端午茶及其主要成分藿香、桑叶和陈皮提取物在不同的抗氧化活性评价体系中均表现出较强的抗氧化能力;端午茶的总酚含量为110μg GAE/g dw,总抗氧化能力为420.6μmol Trolox/100g dw,端午茶提取物的抗氧化能力高于单一藿香、桑叶和陈皮的提取物的抗氧化能力,显示出不同中草药配方对其抗氧化性有增强作用。端午茶对DPPH·的清除能力强于对·OH的清除能力,其抗氧化活性与总酚含量有较强的相关性。本研究为端午茶的深入研究及开发应用提供了科学依据。
The extracts of Duanwu herbal tea and its ingredients including ageratum, mulberry leaves and dried or- angepeel were assessed for their antioxidant activities including DPPH radical scavenging activity, OH radical scavenging activity (HRSA), total antioxidant activity (FRAP) and their correlation with total phenol content of Duanwu herbal tea. Results indicated that the extracts of Duanwu herbal tea and its ingredients had strong antioxidant capacities in different antioxidant evaluation systems. The total phenol content of Duanwu herbal tea was 110 p^g GAE/gdw and its total antioxi- dant capacity was 420.6 Ixmol Trolox/100 g dw. The antioxidant capacities of Duanwu herbal tea was stronger than its in- gredients indicating that different ratios of herbals can strengthen the antioxidant capacity of Duanwu herbal tea. In addi- tion, the extracts of Duanwu herbal tea showed better DPPH radical scavenging activity than OH radical scavenging ac- tivity. A strong linear correlation between total phenol content and antioxidant capacity of Duanwu herbal tea was achieved also. This study provided the scientific evidence for the deep research and further development of Duanwu herbal tea.
