摘要
利用自制的固相反应成套设备(SRE-100型),研究固态琥珀酸和氢氧化钠、碳酸钠直接研磨发生固相反应生产琥珀酸二钠的工业化生产技术,结果表明,琥珀酸与Na OH和Na2CO3反应,两种碱的物质的量比为(0∶1)^(0.4∶0.6)时,固相反应可进行到底。利用响应面试验设计优化生产技术参数,其结果为Na OH和Na2CO3的物质的量比0.146∶0.852,混合固体碱的加入次数为3次,反应体系的真空度为0.044 MPa,固相反应时间为81.2 min。用TGA/DTA分析法研究碳酸钠与琥珀酸的固相反应的热重变化,结果是,随着固相反应时间的延长,产物中游离的碳酸氢钠含量增加达到3%,水含量减至6.0%以下,琥珀酸单质含量降至1.5%以下。
Using self-made solid-phase reaction equipment (model SRE-100), The solid state reaction technology of industrialized production sodium succinate was studied by grind in SRE-100, reactants were sodium hydroxide sodium carbonate succinic acid. The results show that the molar ratio of succinic acid, and NaOH and Na2CO3 reaction is 0:1 to 0.4:0.6, the solid phase reaction can be carried out in the end; Response surface experimental design is used to opti- mize the technical parameter, as the result, the molar ratio of NaOH and Na2CO3 is 0.146:0.852, The solid alkali is added 3 times reaction system and vacuum degree was 0.044MPa, The minimum reaction time is 81.2 minutes. By using TGA/DTA analysis method, TG changes during solid state reaction of sodium carbonate and succinic acid were studied, the result is, with the increase of reaction time, sodium bicarbonate content in the product is increased to 3%, the wa- ter content decreased to below 6%, succinic acid, elemental content below 1.5%.
