摘要
目的比较UL(子宫肌瘤)组织和瘤旁子宫正常组织内的TIMP-3(基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子3)和MMP-13(基质金属蛋白酶-13)的表达差异及TIMP-3与MMP-13之间的相关性,以探讨UL的发生发展与两者间的关系。方法分析2012年4月至2014年4月在我院接受部分子宫切除或全切术治疗的UL患者的临床资料。用石蜡将手术切除的UL组织和瘤旁正常组织包埋做标本,免疫组织化学染色SP法检测TIMP-3和MMP-13的表达。比较UL组织和瘤旁组织的TIMP-3、MMP-13的阳性表达率,并分析TIMP-3与MMP-13表达间的相关性。结果本研究共纳入UL患者50例,其中包括UL组织和癌旁正常组织各50个。UL组织的MMP-13阳性表达率显著高于瘤旁组织(χ2=36.24,P<0.01);UL组织的TIMP-3阳性表达率显著高于瘤旁组织(χ2=9.632,P=0.022);UL组织中MMP-13和TIMP-3的表达情况两者间有着显著的相关性(r=0.603,P=0.021)。结论 UL的发生发展与TIMP-3和MMP-13的关系密切。
Objective: Our retrospective study was aimed todiscuss the relationship between the occurrence and development of UL and TIMP-3, MMP-13, through comparing the different expression of TIMP-3 and MMP-13 in UL tissues and tumor adjacent normal tissues, and the relationship between TIMP-3 and MMP-13. Methods: Clinical data of patients with UL received partial hysterectomy or full resectionoperations at our hospital from 2012 to 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. The specimens were the UL tissues and tumor adjacent normal tissues by surgical resection embedded in paraffin. The expression of TIMP-3 and MMP- 13were detected by SP method. The positive expression rate of TIMP-3 and MMP-13 in the UL tissue and tumor adjacent normal tissues were compared. The relationship between TIMP-3 and MMP-13 were analyzed. Results: A total of 50 patients with UL were retrospective analyzed, including 50 UL tissues and 50 tumor adjacent normal tissues.The positive expression rate of MMP- 13 in UL tissues was obviously higher than in tumor adjacent normal tissues. The positive expression rate of TIMP-3 in UL tissues was obviously higher than in tumor adjacent normal tissues. The expression of TIMP-3 and MMP-13 had significant correlation in UL tissues. Conclusion: The occurrence and development of UL had close relationship with TIMP-3 and MMP-13.
