刺破房地产泡沫会造成经济危机吗 被引量:1

摘要 越来越多的证据表明,中国几乎所有大小城市的住宅都存在显著的超额供给。当下住宅房地产价格高、空置率高的情况显然不可持续。必须允许房地产价格泡沫破裂,但要以一种不过度伤害房主且不会令银行和金融机构遭受过度破坏的可控方式行事。
