摘要
苏州国际金融中心地下室钢板墙从大底板开始。大底板高,地脚螺栓安装固定难度大;分块成片状,长度较长;加之受基坑支护栈桥的阻挡,落位受阻;且侧向稳定性弱,焊接变形难以控制。通过对地脚螺栓的安装、钢板墙的测控就位以及焊接变形的控制这几个视角,对钢板墙的安装工程进行阐述并提供相应的经验参考。
Steel walls in the basement of Suzhou International Financial Centre began with the installation of large base plates.Higher large base plate would lead to more difficult in the installation of anchor bolts.The length of the steel wall would be longer when the steel wall was divided into flaky pieces,and its landing would be hindered when it was coupled by the blocking of foundation pit supports and trestles.The welding deformation was difficult to control because of its weak lateral stability.Through the aspects of anchor bolts installation,the measurement,control and landing of steel walls,as well as the control of welding deformation,this paper elaborated construction technology of steel walls-and provided experiences for reference.
