摘要
本文以TiO_2薄膜为例,研究并分析了不同能量的离子束辅助淀积的薄膜的光学性能、激光破坏阈值及微结构。
Optical properties, laser-induced damage theresholds and microstroctares of IAD thin films at different energy bombardment were investigeted and analysed -witk TiO2 thin film as an example.
