摘要 目前超声内镜引导下经消化道细针穿刺活检术(endoscopic ultrasound guided fine needle aspiration,EUS-FNA)和经气管针吸活检术(endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration,EBUS-TBNA)由于其安全、有效且微创,已逐渐应用于临床,特别是在消化道和呼吸道这两大系统肿瘤诊治过程中。该文将重点阐述EUS-FNA和EBUS-TBNA在消化道和呼吸道肿瘤诊断和治疗中的作用及新进展。 Recently, endoscopic uhrasound guided fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) and endobronchial ultra- sound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) are gradually used in clinical for their safe, effective, and minimally invasive advantages, especially in diagnosis and treatment of digestive and respiratory tract tumors. In this text, we specially highlight the roles and new advances of EUS-FNA and EBUS-TBNA in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive and respiratory tract tumors.
