摘要
【目的】了解我国海洋科技期刊的数字化发展现状,剖析其问题所在,提出发展建议。【方法】对国内55种海洋科技期刊进行调查统计。【结果】目前我国海洋科技期刊的数字化发展仍处于较低水平,在网站利用、资金投入、出版发行模式以及新媒体的应用等方面需不断完善。【结论】可通过重视网站建设、加大资金投入及对数字出版专业队伍的培养、整合资源构建编辑出版一体化平台、打造契合新媒体环境的多元化发行模式,来推动我国海洋科技期刊的数字化发展。
[ Purpose ] Through the analysis on the status of domestic marine journals digital publishing, we tried to figure out the problems which exist in the domestic marine journals and propose a solution on their digital publishing. [ Methodology ] In this paper, 55 domestic marine journals were surveyed and analyzed. [ Findings ] The results show that the degree of digitization of marine journals in China hang behind compared with the journals of foreign countries. The improvements should be made from the website utilization, capital investment, publishing mode, application of new media and others. [ Conclusions ] It is suggested that impetus should be given to the digitalization of domestic marine journals by emphasis on website construction, increasing the capital investment, cultivating a professional team of digital publishing, building an integrated platform of editing and publishing, and exploring for diversified publishing modes in new media environment.
