摘要
依托语料库的数据驱动教学模式在为传统ESP词汇教学中存在的问题提供了解决思路的同时,也带来了新的困难,使教师对该模式实践热情不高,教学效果受到影响。基于Sketch Engine的语料库建设和词汇素描这两项功能设计课堂教学活动,既能解决教师在ESP词汇数据驱动教学实践中所面临的一些困境,也能够提高学生学习ESP词汇的兴趣和效率。
While offering some insights into issues concerning traditional ESP vocabulary teaching mode, the corpus-based data-driving teaching mode also brings about new problems, failing to arouse teachers' interest and to enhance their teaching as expected. This paper holds that curriculum activities, designed on the basis of the corpus-building and word-sketching fuctions of Sketch Engine, on the one hand, might solve some problems arising from data-driven teaching mode, and on the other hand, increase students' learning interest and efficiency.
