摘要
本文就如何正确理解和怎样深入推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化问题展开论述。中国式的国家治理虽然应该吸收人类文明共同成果,但绝不能与西方式的"治理"简单等同。中国式的国家治理具有自己鲜明的民族特点和特有优势,正是这些特点和优势为完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度提供了前提。在此基础上,文中分别对于通过政治体制改革推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的途径和方法提出一些理论和对策性的思考。
This paper mainly focuses on the system of state governance and the modernizing of state's governing capability.It tries to answer the question of how to understand them correctly and how to promote them profoundly.It is believed that the governance of the Chinese style,with the common achievements of human civilization,is different from the 'governance' in Western contexts.The Chinese-style governance has its own national features and unique advantages,which provides preconditions for perfecting and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.Having said that,this paper tries to provide some theoretical and policy suggestions for approaches and methods with regard to the above mentioned questions.
