摘要
目的建立RP-HPLC法测定复方甘草酸单铵注射液中甘草酸单铵含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Waters C18(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm);流动相:乙腈-水(35∶65),用H3PO4调p H值为3.0;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:252 nm;进样体积:20μl。结果甘草酸单铵线性范围:0.16048~3.2096μg(r=0.9999,n=5);甘草酸单铵加样回收率平均值为99.4%(RSD=0.72%,n=9)。结论该方法灵敏、专属性强、准确、重现性好,可用于复方甘草酸单铵注射液中甘草酸单铵的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ammonium glycyrrhetate in compound ammonium glycyrrhetate injection by RP-HPLC. Methods The determination was performed on a Waters Cts column(5 μm,4.6 mm× 150 mm)with the mobile phase consisted acetonitrile:water(35:65,adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid).The column tem- perature was 25 ℃.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detective wavelength was 252 nm.The injection volume was 20 μl. Results The liner range of ammonium glycyrrhetate was 0.16048-3.2096 μg (r=0.9999,n=5).The average recovery was 99.4%(RSD=0.72%,n=9)for the added amount of ammonium glycyrrhetate. Conelusion This method is sensitive,specific,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for determination of ammonium glycyrrhetate in compound ammonium glycyrrhetate injection.
