摘要
肝门胆管癌是恶性度较高的肿瘤,已成为严重威胁人们生命和健康的恶性肿瘤。由于肝门胆管癌早期病变难以发现,且尚无有效的筛查方法,很多患者确诊时已到中晚期,因此,早期诊断肝门胆管癌尤为重要。为提高肝门胆管癌的早期诊断率,降低漏诊率,可以应用多种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测,同时在临床治疗中有助于疗效评价及预后判断。
Hilar cholangiocarcinoma is high malignant degree of tumor,has become a serious threat to people＇s lives and health of malignant tumor.Due to the hilar cholangiocarcinoma early lesion is difficult to find,and there is no effective screening method,many patients diagnosed when already to middle-late stage,so early diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma is particularly important.To improve the early diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma,reduce the rate of misdiagnosis,we can apply a variety of combined detection of serum tumor markers,while helping to evaluate the efficacy and prognosis in clinical treatment.
