摘要
目的探讨甲亢灵胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法选择2012年1月～2014年1月本院内分泌科收治的甲状腺功能亢进73例门诊患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组43例、对照组30例,对照组给予甲硫咪唑片,观察组在对照组基础上联合甲亢灵胶囊,两组均连续服用8周,比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的甲状腺激素水平变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率为93.02%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前,两组的甲状腺激素水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗后,两组的甲状腺激素水平均较治疗前显著改善,且观察组甲状腺激素水平的改善情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的不良反应发生率为0,对照组为6.67%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论甲亢灵胶囊辅助治疗甲状腺功能亢进能有效提高治疗临床效果,显著改善患者的甲状腺激素水平,且安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of Jiakangling capsule on thyroid hormone level in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods 73 outpatients with hyperthyroidism treated in department of endocrinology of our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the observation group （n= 43） and the control group （n=30）.The control group was given the methimazole tablet,the observation group was given Jiakangling capsule on the basis of the control group,the two groups were given continuous administration for 8 weeks, the clinical curative effect and the change of thyroid hormone level in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02% ,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups （P〈0.05）.The thyroid hormone level in the two groups before treatment had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）;after treatment,the thyroid hormone level in the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the improvement of thyroid hormone level of observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 0,the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the control group was 6.67%, and there was no statistical difference in the two groups （/9〉0.05）. Conclusion Jiakangling capsule in adjuvant treatment of hyperthyroidism can effectively improve the clinical effect,improve the thyroid hormone level of patients significantly,and it is safe and effective.It is worthy of clinical application .
