体外受精-胚胎移植术后妊娠合并卵巢扭转2例分析 被引量：3

摘要 辅助生育技术的推广应用，给众多的不孕不育夫妇带来了希望，但促排卵药物的大量使用，在促进多个卵泡发育增加受孕几率的同时，也伴随出现了许多并发症，如卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS ）、多胎、卵巢扭转等。卵巢扭转作为一种少见但严重的并发症，已经越来越受到人们的重视。本文报道了我院生殖中心发生的体外受精－胚胎移植（IVF‐ET）术后妊娠合并卵巢扭转2例病例，对其临床诊断、治疗、预后进行相关分析。
