摘要
为探讨体育教学设计有效地促进学生体质健康水平,选取2所中学初二和高二946名学生进行两个学期的教学实验.结果表明,实验组男生和女生运动素质提高的幅度显著大于对照组;实验组的中学生体育与健康理论知识总分均显著高于对照组;实验组学生在强迫、敌对、抑郁、焦虑、学习压力感、情绪波动性和总分方面有显著改善.结论:通过合理的体育教学设计能有效地促进中学生体质水平的提高,有效地改善中学生心理健康水平.
To probe the instructional design in promoting physical fitness for middle school students,the twosemester teaching experiment was done with 946 students chosen from 2 middle schools. The result showed,increasing value of physical fitness and the total scores of health theory were higher in treatment group significantly than total scores in control group. The factors of compulsion,hostility,depression,anxiety,sense of academic pressure,mood swings and total scores of psychology were better in experimental group than control group.Conclusion: Through the rational instructional design of physical education could promote the physical fitness level and improve the students' mental health effectively.
