摘要
目的：观察中药消风散超声雾化治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法：将60例过敏性结膜炎患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用消风散超声雾化治疗，对照组采用地塞米松注射液加0.9%氯化钠注射液超声雾化治疗，治疗7天后观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），复发率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：消风散超声雾化治疗过敏性结膜炎能有效缩短病程，提高疗效，降低复发率，且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the efficacy of Xiaofeng powder ultrasonic atomization for allergic conjunctivitis. Methods： 60 cases of patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, the treatment group treated by Xiaofeng powder ultrasonic atomization, while control group by dexamethasone injection＋0.9%sodium chloride injection ultrasonic atomization, ob-served the efficacy of two groups after 7 days of treatment. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, the recurrence rate was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The treatment of Xiaofeng powder ultrasonic atomization for allergic conjunctivitis can effectively shorten the course of disease, improve the efficacy, reduce the recurrence rate, and its no severe adverse reaction makes it worthy of promotion and application.
