摘要
目的:探讨CTA血管成像扫描技术在头颈部血管病变中的应用及意义。方法:回顾性分析我院2013年1月-2014年1月的526例头颈部CTA检查患者资料,通过GE Discovery TM CT750 HD CT64排螺旋CT扫描,造影剂使用碘海醇,数据经ADW4.5工作站处理后以CTA软件重建,存储效果最佳的图像备用。结果:全部患者无伪影影响,1-3级脑血管分支均100%显示,4-5级血管显示率为99%。结论:CTA血管成像对于头颈部血管病变诊断具有极高的准确率,同时具有快速、无创、安全等优点,可作为首选诊断措施。
Objective： To study the CTA vascular imaging scanning technology application and significance in head and neck vascular lesions. Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014, 526 cases of patients with head and neck CTA inspection data, by the American GE DiscoveryTMCT750 HD scanning, the contrast agent show, using the optimal dimension data after workstation（GE ADW4.5） treatment with CTA reconstruction software, storage effect is the best image for later use. Results： All patients without artifacts, cerebrovascular branches are demonstrated 100% grade 1-3, 4-5 vessels display at a rate of 99%. Conclusion： CTA for head and neck vascular lesions in the diagnosis of vascular imaging has high accuracy, and has the advantages of rapid, noninvasive, safe, and can be used as the preferred diagnostic measures.
