摘要
为解决跨度大、高差大悬空结构的施工平台问题.文章结合贵州乌江沙沱水电站工程右岸通航升船机设备层板梁施工方案的选择问题.通过对比分析贝雷桥方案与传统钢结构桁架方案,在技术上着重对贝雷桥进行抗弯和抗剪分析,及变形计算复核.验证了贝雷桥施工方案在技术上是完全可行的;通过比较费用投入,贝雷桥方案较传统钢结构桁架措施费用节省25%~30%,经济效果更为显著;从施工组织方面考虑,贝雷桥方案施工模块化.拆装灵活,施工干扰小,更为便利,施工进度、安全更有保障.
The focus of attention in this paper was how to construct the suspended structure whose span was larger than normal. The construction scheme of equipment layer in plate-girder for ship lift in Shaotuo hydropower station was discussed in this paper. Bailey bridge and steel structure truss were the alternative offers for suspended structure in this paper, and the difference between Bailey bridge and steel structure truss were compared in technological and economical. With an analysis of the bending strength and shear strength of Bailey bridge, the conclusion could be draw that the Bailey bridge was feasible technologically. According to the cost estimated we could find that the cost of Bailey bridge was 25 % to 30 % less than traditional treatments. So that Bailey bridge was the effective and economical methods. Modularization, easiness to be assembled, less interaction were the significant features of Bailey bridge in construction organization so that it could provide safer guarantee.
