摘要
近年来,伴随着高校信息技术服务外包业务的兴起,高校信息化服务外包研究已逐渐成为教育领域的研究热点。主要围绕信息化服务外包的内涵、动因、存在的风险及风险防范机制等问题展开研究,结合这些研究,分析服务外包选择机制上的不足、服务外包质量要素,以及服务外包业务是否节约高校办学成本等问题,并针对这些问题提出促进高校信息化建设的策略,为今后进一步研究奠定基础。
In recent years ,with the rise of university information service outsourcing ,university information service out‐sourcing research has gradually become a hot topic in education .Mainly around the connotation of information service out‐sourcing ,motivation ,risk issues and risk prevention mechanisms ,combined with existing research on universitiy service outsourcing ,analyze problems such as the deficiencyof the selection mechanism to the outsourcing ,quality factors and whether outsourcing savings universities＇costs ,put forward strategies to promote university information ,in order to lay the foundation for further study in the future .
