摘要
科研能力是教师素质结构的重要组成部分,提高高职院校教师的科研能力既有利于教师的专业化发展,又可促进教师教学水平及高职院校教学质量的提高。在对高职教师科研能力问卷调查的基础上,分析了高职院校教师科研能力的现状及存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。
The ability of scientific research is one of the major qualities of a teacher. Therefore,the improvement of such ability for higher vocational college teachers will not only benefit their career development,but also promote their teaching level and teaching quality. Based on a questionnaire investigation on scientific research ability of higher vocational college teachers,this paper discusses both current status and existing problems of scientific research capacity of the teachers and proposes relevant countermeasures.
