摘要
目的研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的处理方法。方法回顾分析我院2013年10月-2014年10月间收治的实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的44例患者的临床资料,分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的临床处理。结果 44例患者中,9例（20.45%）出现并发症,1例（2.27%）患者因术中发现晚期胃癌选择中转手术,1例（2.27%）因肾功能严重障碍导致病情恶化死亡。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病疗效确切,然而稍有不慎即可导致严重并发症,因此临床中应当严格掌握手术指征,一旦遇到困难及早改变手术方法,保障患者生命安全。
Objective To investigate the treatment method of complication in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 44 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy who were treated from October 2013 to October 2014 are selected as the research object to analyze the clinical procedures for complication of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results Among the 44 cases,9 cases （20.45%） have complications,1 case （2.27%） had to experience the operation transfer due to the finding of late gastric cancer during the operation,while another 1 case （2.27%） died because of exacerbation resulted from serious renal dysfunction. Conclusion The patients with cholecyst can receive precise curative effect through laparoscopic cholecystectomy; however,any carelessness would result in serious complication. Therefore,during operation,operation indications have to be fol owed strictly,and in case of any difficulty,operation transfer shal be conducted timely to guarantee the life safety of the patients.
