摘要
目的：分析研究老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后采取舒适护理干预的临床应用价值。方法选取2011年8月～2014年7月在我院接收的进行老年腰椎压缩性骨折手术的患者共62例，随机分为干预组、对照组。对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予舒适护理干预，对护理干预效果给予分析。结果临床手术以后，干预组患者疼痛程度显著低于对照组，差异不具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后实施舒适护理干预，可以使患者手术以后疼痛得到减轻。
ObjectiveTo analyze the application of comfortable nursing intervention for postoperative lumbar compression fracture.Methods Selected 62 elderly patients who underwent lumbar vertebral compression fractures surgery from August 2011to July 2011 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing care, intervention group was given comfortable nursing intervention, analysed the effect of nursing intervention.Results The clinical surgery, degree of pain in intervention group patients was significantly lower than control group, there was no significant difference between the statistical significance （P〈0.05）. ConclusionUsing comfortable nursing intervention for postoperative lumbar compression fracture, the patient pain after the operation can be signiifcantly reduced.
