摘要
目的：探析优质护理在脑血栓护理中的临床效果。方法将我院2012年3月～2013年5月期间收治的90例脑血栓患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组，其中对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，再运用优质护理联合护理，对两组的护理满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组25例非常满意，13例满意，5例一般，2例不满意，总满意率为95.6%，而对照组9例非常满意，10例满意，20例一般，8例不满意，总满意率为82.2%，两组临床护理效果差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床上运用优质护理对脑血栓患者进行护理，不仅可以降低并发症的出现几率，在一定程度上还能提高治疗效果，改善患者预后生活质量。
ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing in cerebral thrombosis.Methods From March 2012 to May 2013, 90 cases of patients with cerebral thrombosis were taken as the research object, they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional nursing care, the observation was using high quality nursing, nursing satisfaction in two groups were analyzed.ResultsIn the observation group, 25 cases were very satisifed, 13 cases were satisifed, 5 cases were less satisifed, 2 cases were not satisifed, the overall satisfaction rate was 95.6%, while the control group were 9 cases, 10 cases, 20 cases, 8 cases, respectively, the overall satisfaction rate was 82.2%, the difference in two groups had statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of high quality nursing care for patients with cerebral thrombosis, not only can reduce the emergence of the complication risk, to some extent, can improve the effect of treatment and improving the prognosis of patients quality of life.
