摘要
目的探讨儿科使用阿奇霉素来进行治疗是的不良反应情况。方法此次共选取了78例儿科使用阿奇霉素进行治疗出现不良反应的患儿,对他们的临床不良反应进行研究分析。结果此次研究的78例患儿他们的不良反应类型主要为过敏反应、胃肠道反应、静脉炎、神经系统损伤等,胃肠道反应的临床发生率是最高的。结论阿奇霉素应用于儿科治疗的时候,需要对其发生的不良反应给予关注,医生需要多分析患儿的资料,结合自身的用药经验来判断,提升阿奇霉素的临床使用安全性,让临床不良反应发生率降低。
Objective To investigate the pediatric use of azithromycin for treatment of adverse reaction. Methods Selects 78 cases of pediatric use of azithromycin for treatment of adverse reactions in patients, to analyze clinical adverse reactions of their. Results The adverse reaction of type 78 patients of the study they are mainly al ergic reaction, gastrointestinal reactions, phlebitis, nervous system injury, clinical gastrointestinal reaction rate is the highest. Conclusion Azithromycin treatment when applied to pediatric department, should pay attention to its adverse reactions occur, the doctors need more analysis with data, combined with the self medication experience to judge, to enhance the safety of clinical use of azithromycin, to reduce the incidence of clinical adverse reaction.
